COMMUNICATION MANAGER ASSISTANT
We are looking for a Communication / Social Media Manager / Marketing strategist assistant for our company
The position
Our Social Media / Community Manager /Marketing assistant will help content creation, campaign creation and marketing vision across different media channels.
You will take part of the definition and execution of the communication strategy with our community.
You will be the media voice of Backline.
Your objectives and responsibilities are:
- Collaborate with our CEO to get the right engagement for the company system, define the proper marketing strategy and select marketing channels
- Set Backline tone of voice and ensure consistency across channels
- Plan and develop the overall social media and community vision of Backline
- Define and execute our social media channel strategy on major websites (Facebook, Instagram, Company’s Blog and web site etc.)
- Expand our community globally, identifying new market and communication opportunities both digital and physical
- Collaborate with design and tech team to develop content for the daily engagement with the community, the media and the pres.
- Create appealing and sexy content in various format
- Handle day to day engagement on social media accounts (mainly Facebook , Instagram, Tik Tok , Company’s blog and internal web site )
- Set up key performance indicator dashboards and trackers (Funneling, User Conversion, UX)
- Contribute to the system expansion
Your skills
- Past experience of 1+ years in social media management
- Master Degree in Marketing (Top international school a plus)
- Hands on experience in content management
- Proven experience implementing social media management systems
- English is almost your first language
- Spanish is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills
- Knowledge or passion in modern communication systems
- Past experience in e-commerce, fashion & luxury is a plus

The position
Our Supply Manager assistant will help content supporting the distribution system thru the use of our back end system and the use of a AS400 system to create a smooth relationship with our dealer’s network and our sales reps team .
You will take part of the supply chain logistic procedures and execute the daily activities related to distribution
Your objectives and responsibilities are:
- Collaborate with our CEO and the SALES office to get the right engagement for the company system and to relate with the sales reps team and the dealer’s network.
- Take care of the logistic procedures involved with ordering and shipping both concerning imports from suppliers and distribution to our dealer’s network
- Relate to our IT manager for the implementation of the SUPPLY CHAIN SYSTEM with our back end / front end system including keeping updated the system with new distributed brands/products
- Set up key performance indicator dashboards and trackers (Funneling, User Conversion, UX)

You will help setting out the products range of the brands we distribute supporting the distribution system thru the use of our back end system and the use of a AS400 system
You will take part of the procedures of the building of a brand and its representation of products and execute the daily activities related to such an activity
You shall help coordinating the interaction between foreign suppliers and our internal structure
You shall help coordinating the interaction with our sales reps team and our dealers especially concerning products tech support and knowledge
Your objectives and responsibilities are:
- Collaborate with our CEO and the PRODUCT MANAGER to get the right engagement for the company system and to relate with the sales reps team and the dealer’s network.
- Take care of the daily procedures involved with keeping our system update with all the news coming in from our suppliers
- Relate to our SALES manager for the implementation of the Supply Chain ordering system with our back end / front end system including keeping updated the system with new distributed brands/products
